Nothing sits
Every basket hits the fryer after you order it. No heat lamps, no holding tray, no batch cooked at ten in the morning waiting for a customer.

Fresh Maine lobster, hand-cut fries
Beer batter made with local beer, fries cut by hand, lobster in from Maine. It’s what’s painted on the side of the truck, and it’s the actual standard.

A chef is running it
Chef Vin is on the line, not off somewhere managing. The person who built the menu is the person handing you the box.

We come to you
Backyard party, job site, brewery lot, festival, or a 200-guest wedding — the truck travels anywhere in Connecticut and past the line.

Weddings, graduations, corporate lots, breweries, festivals, job sites. We handle anywhere from thirty people to several hundred — either the full truck on site, or trays dropped and set up for you.
Tell us the date and a rough headcount and you'll hear back with a quote, usually same day.
The goal is simple: they're still talking about the food a week later.
